Contact Hours

Our team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 7 days per week.

We aim to respond to all missed calls, voicemails, emails and messages within 24 hours. As we live and work in an area with limited phone reception, email is often the easiest and most reliable way to contact us.

If your enquiry relates to an existing booking, please include the booking name, booking ID, tour location and date so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Complaints and Feedback

We genuinely value all feedback and take concerns seriously.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours. As some matters need to be escalated, reviewed or investigated, please allow up to 5 business days for a full response.
